At Malaika Pets, we work with partner suppliers to offer you a wide selection of pet products. As part of our dropshipping business model, specific conditions apply to shipping.

1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States and, depending on the product, to other countries. Available shipping destinations may vary depending on the supplier.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once the order is processed, it is forwarded to our supplier for shipment.

3. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the supplier, the destination country or region, and the shipping carrier used. On average, delivery times range from 7 to 20 business days. In some cases (high demand periods, customs clearance, or logistical conditions), delivery may take longer. These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipments from Different Warehouses
Since we work with multiple suppliers, your order may be shipped in one or several packages and may be sent from different warehouses, sometimes located internationally. In this case, you may receive your items on different dates.

5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before completing your order. Some offers may include free shipping.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available) so you can track the progress of your package.

7. Customs and Import Taxes
For orders shipped from overseas, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not under the control of Malaika Pets.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Malaika Pets cannot be held responsible for packages lost or not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order experiences a significant delay or is marked as lost by the carrier, please contact us at malaika77digital@gmail.com. We will do our best to find a solution, which may include a reshipment or a refund depending on the situation.
